These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and twcbet. They apply to the twcbet website, account tools, sports markets, casino products, promotional offers and related services. References to “you” or “player” mean the person accessing twcbet.

The Terms & Conditions must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling information. Where specific promotional or game rules apply, those rules supplement this agreement. If a promotion conflicts with these general terms, the more specific promotion condition applies to that offer only.

Use of twcbet is voluntary. You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful in the place from which you access the platform. twcbet does not represent that its services are permitted in every jurisdiction and does not provide legal advice.

Account

The personal twcbet profile registered and controlled by an eligible player.

Bet or wager

Restricted activity

To register with twcbet, you must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract and use the account solely for personal entertainment. You must not register for another person, permit another person to use your identity or operate an account on behalf of a group.

Only one twcbet account is permitted per person unless twcbet gives prior written approval for a legitimate technical reason. Duplicate accounts may be suspended while ownership, transactions and promotional activity are reviewed. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be removed.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers and persons able to influence a result may be restricted from wagering on relevant products. A player who is self-excluded from twcbet must not attempt to open another account during the exclusion period.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes and device access. Do not share login information or leave an authenticated account unattended. Minimum and maximum payment limits may vary by method, account status and provider availability. A range displayed by twcbet at the time of payment will apply to that transaction. Payment processing times are estimates rather than guarantees because banks, e-wallets, networks and compliance reviews may cause delays.

twcbet does not pay interest on account balances. The account is not a bank account, savings facility or money transmission service. Players should deposit only amounts they can afford to use for entertainment.

Verification commonly takes 24 to 48 hours after clear and complete documents are received, but complex reviews may require longer. Providing altered, misleading or incomplete material may delay the process or lead to account suspension.

Where reasonably possible, twcbet may return withdrawals through the method used for deposit. If that method cannot receive funds, twcbet may request another verified method. The player is responsible for supplying correct bank, e-wallet or cryptocurrency details.

A withdrawal may be reduced by valid stakes, previously disclosed fees, reversed deposits or amounts owed to twcbet. No deduction will alter a player's right to ask support for an explanation.

Sports bets are accepted only after confirmation appears in the twcbet account. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia or UFC markets.

Bets are settled using official results or reliable data sources selected by twcbet. Unless a market states otherwise, later corrections by a league or governing body may not change a bet that has already been settled. Obvious pricing, market or technical errors may result in a bet being voided and the original stake returned.

Match postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals and venue changes are handled according to the rules displayed for the relevant sport or market. Cash-out availability is discretionary, may change rapidly and is not guaranteed for every bet.

A Mix Parlay requires every included selection to satisfy the applicable settlement rules. One losing selection ordinarily causes the entire parlay to lose, while a void selection may be recalculated at odds of 1.00 unless the market rules state otherwise.

Casino games at twcbet are governed by their displayed rules, pay tables, eligible stakes and return-to-player information. Players should review those details before placing a wager. Past outcomes do not predict future results, and no game strategy can guarantee a profit.

If a connection fails after a wager is accepted, the game provider's recorded result will normally determine settlement. A visible animation on the player's device is not conclusive where the secure game record shows a different completed result.

twcbet may void a result affected by a confirmed software fault, incorrect payout configuration or manifest error. Where practical, the stake will be returned unless the wager was already validly completed under the provider's authoritative record.

Every twcbet promotion may include eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bets, expiry dates and withdrawal caps. Claiming a bonus confirms acceptance of the conditions displayed for that promotion.

A 15x wagering requirement means the relevant bonus amount must generally be wagered fifteen times before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, an RM100 bonus with a 15x requirement creates RM1,500 in required wagering, subject to eligible game contribution.

Slots may contribute differently from live casino or table games. A maximum bonus bet may also apply. Players must not divide activity across duplicate twcbet accounts, coordinate opposite wagers or exploit pricing and software errors to obtain promotional value.

twcbet may cancel a promotion, remove improperly obtained bonus funds or restrict future promotional eligibility where reasonable evidence of abuse exists. Legitimate real-money balances remain subject to verification and other applicable clauses.

Players must use twcbet lawfully and honestly. The following activities are prohibited:

• Providing false identity information or using another person's documents, payment method or twcbet account.
• Attempting to manipulate games, betting markets, security controls, promotional systems or account limits.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scraping software or unauthorised devices to interact with twcbet.

A player may request account closure through twcbet support. Before closure is completed, valid outstanding bets may remain active until settlement unless twcbet confirms another arrangement. Cleared withdrawable funds remain subject to identity and payment verification.

twcbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for breach of these terms, security concerns, legal restrictions, fraudulent conduct, unsuccessful age verification or risk to the player. Where appropriate and legally permitted, twcbet will provide a reason or request further information.

Closure does not remove rights or obligations arising before closure. Clauses concerning verification, prohibited conduct, liability, privacy, dispute handling and outstanding funds continue where necessary.

twcbet aims to provide a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, device faults, payment delays and events outside reasonable control may interrupt availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, twcbet is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of anticipated winnings, device failure or decisions made by a player based on incomplete third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The player remains responsible for all wagering decisions and should verify selections, stake amounts and odds before confirming a bet. Gambling losses arising from validly accepted wagers are the player's responsibility.

twcbet may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security controls or revised products. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A delay by twcbet in enforcing a right does not amount to a permanent waiver of that right.
